BIZARRE:YOU NEED TO SEE THIS!

I came across this boy immediately i read about Dangote being the 23rd richest person on earth and the richest man in Africa,at that very moment i stood still and ruminate on the essence of being a Nigerian.How could this boy be walking with such a big LOAD in his arm.I really do not know the medical condition this could be but i believed it could be treated if our Government just care a little about us but do they really care about anybody other than their immediate families and cronies at the helms of affairs?What you are seeing in this picture is the boy right Hand,i spoke to him but said he doesn't understand English and that he is from Sokoto state in the Northern part of the country,what a hell of a country Nigeria!
