It is becoming increasingly difficult to make ends meet with just one income source. Thus more and more people are investigating the possibilities of starting their own extra income home business. Most of these part time endeavors are started and operated from the comfort of their home.
Before you start: the first thing you must do however is some basic market research. Find out for yourself, first-hand, just how many people will be interested in your proposed products or services, and would be willing to stand in line and pay money for it.
This is known as defining your market and identifying your prospective customers. If after checking around telling people about your ideas, with a whole lot of people over a period between 1 – 3 weeks, you get the idea that these people would be paying customers; your next effort should be directly towards the “detailing” of your business plan.
IF CRAFTING A BUSINESS PLAN WILL NOT LET YOU KICK-START A BUSINESS, I WILL TRY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO GIVE A STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO WRITING A BUSINESS PLAN AND ALSO GIVE YOU SAMPLE OF A BUSINESS PLAN I DEVELOPED.
The more precise and detailed your plan covering all the basis related to how you will do everything that you needs to be done- the easier is going to be for you to attain success. Such a plan show your start-up investment needs, your advertising plans, your product costs and procedures, your sales program, and how your time would be allocated.
Too often enthusiastic and ambitious entrepreneurs jump in on an extra income project and suddenly find that the costs are beyond their abilities and the time requirements are more than they can meet.
It pays to lay it all out on paper before you get involved, the clearer you can “see” everything before you start the better your chances for success.
Have you always wanted to become your own boss and take control of your time, work at home using your spare room/space, backyard or your one room apartment as an office and residential but never had a clue of money making ideas to pursue your dream? CENTENARY ANNIVERSARY: A CELEBRATION OF CORRUPTION AND MEDIOCRITY

CENTENARY ANNIVERSARY: A CELEBRATION OF CORRUPTION AND MEDIOCRITY.

“People shouldn’t be afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of their people.”….Alan Moore.

When are we going to experience the paradigm shift we so desire in this country, for how long will our leaders continue the lackadaisical attitude towards the welfare of the average Nigerian? Why do we derive joy in celebrating mediocrity in the name of centenary anniversary, what fruit of the womb has the unholy union in amalgamation by the colonialist brought to this entity called Nigeria?
I am most sure by now the predictions conjured by some analysts about Nigeria breaking or splitting by the year 2015 is showing its signs. The canker-worm called corruption in Nigeria is hydra-headed, gorilla chested, chimpanzee limb-ed and octopus legged,so much that the people we look up to as social crusaders has joined the band wagon in this metaphoric play of the DEATH AND THE KINGS’ HORSEMAN. How on earth could we be celebrating the centenary when the blood of the innocent souls is still fresh on the slaughter slabs of book-haram.
What on earth do we expect from leaders who only cares about their personal pockets rather than the general welfare of the teeming masses, how better do we explain the bloods of innocent Nigerian spilled in the name of Boko-Haram while our Government looked away pretending to be our brother's keeper. This period of time in our polity should call for solemnity and sober reflections, why do we need to celebrate the centenary when our house is on fire? There is crisis in virtually every sector of our economy as a result of that,Government should instead concentrate on stabilizing the nation first and celebrate afterward. I know so much would have been budgeted for this jamboree called centenary celebration, but the benefits would not get to the ordinary man on the street. The Government even go as far as creating a lottery for people to contribute money where some winners will be picked and given a token, has the Govt lost touch on governance? The average Nigerian does not need much, just the basic of life in terms food, clothing and shelter will do. It could have been more economically sensible if the Government could channel the fund for the centenary celebration into an empowerment projects for the people.

Finally, I would want to see a nation which is celebrating 1 year of uninterrupted power supply,i would like to see Nigeria celebrating a milestone in empowerment policies,i will be glad seeing my country celebrating a decline in infant mortality rate,it will be a honor seeing Nigeria celebrating a total reduction our national debt, how would it have been if my country celebrate free education at all levels. But this mediocrity of a celebration is what our leaders are preparing for,its a big shame that we have animals in human skin as our leaders.....Lekan
